A dude posted the ancestry results of one his Lumbee cousins on here and she had zero Native ancestry

Back when that happened they clowned Black people, saying if we took that kinda action whites wouldn’t be able to commit racial violence in NC. It took Robert F. Williams to point to the differences between that isolated incident and what we were dealing with on a daily basis.

Black people in that area of NC had many instances of defending their neighborhoods with guns but the press wasn’t gonna report that.

Especially since the image of cowardly blacks was a prevelnat one back then. They showed black folk kicking ass and it would upend their lie.
