Two days on, one day off.I take a few days off to recharge, that's how you get injured if you're going in there unfocused/bored thru the motions in my opinion
You didn't get your gains overnight. So taking a mental/physical break won't cost you them

try new workouts, take a break (no longer than a week) don't go everyday. Try to train your mind as this is me time instead of work, if you deem it as work then it will suck.I know this eventually happens to everyone Every once and awhile. I like the way lifting makes me look but it’s coming to that point again where the gym is starting to feel like a chore.
How do you guys remedy this? I usually just stop going for a few months but I don’t want to go that route this time.
