Fashion aka al-tariq was a dope affiliation.

dj honda had sessions with the Nuts!!

I was bumping a couple of DJ Honda tracks today with Beatnuts on it that's how the idea for this thread came.

I hadn't listened to Beatnuts for a while but u guys are right when u say they are legends. They've been in the game since the mid to late 80s. Psycho Les is not bad but Juju is the real nice one when it comes to spitting.

One of the best production duos ever tho. Too many bangers. They got comedy lyrics and songs too. On the funny tip, this is one of my favorite tracks:

For Queens heads who know ... On Jamaica avenue & 161st street , there's a spot called HOTWAXX ... i'm not 100% if it's still there BUT before it moved to that particular location they were located at the shopping center of Hillside Ave and Francis lewis blvd (205st) in Queens Village... That's where they were promoting this album

Nice, nice.

I been to NY once, back in the summer of 2000. I stayed out in Manhattan and we went to Harlem and Staten Island but we didn't go to any other boroughs, which is a shame.

I also loved that little interlude they had on the album called "Mayonnaise" That beat was fire! Great joint, funny too!
