I think tall grass might be the most overused and lame game mechanic

It can be alright when its not used in a way that turns you completely invisible but too many games make it that way. Let us stealth cover behind actual shyt like rocks, and walls and streams and stuff not just this patch of green grass.

And whats even more annoying is Metal Gear Solid V introduced so many new stealth mechanics into the genre and no other games thought you use them.
