Not from Dallas. But, the job market is ridiculous. I was up on the north side near Mesquite a couple of months ago and seemed like a chill spot. Dallas came off as bougie, but saw a lot of upwardly mobile Black people.

Memphis is a MAYBE. I ain't been in some years, but when I left shyt was getting worse and worse. The First 48 can't even showcase in Memphis anymore because the mayor said it made the city look bad.
I say MAYBE because all the cacs moved out due to the high crime. With all cacs gone it ain't nothing but blacks, now it's up to them to pick up the tab. Question is, will that happen?
