Y'all already named the major grievances

Ima add that if Big Steph is gonna be an on screen character she needs to get her Smackdown GM thickness back and pack on at least 15-20 lbs of MILF weight :ehh:

1) Fire Kevin Dunn and anyone who learned from him and have a restraining order keeping them at least 100 feet away from a production truck
2) Let Bruce Prichard go. Can even waive any NDA so his podcast can be good again
3) Change the entire structure of both shows. It's been the same formula for at least 20 years.
4) Bring back tournaments and the importance of winning them (i.e. KOTR getting an automatic title shot at Summerslam)
5) No more heavily scripted promos. Provide bullet points to hit and let the wrestlers cut promos and see if they sink or swim. If they can't swim....
6) ...bring back Managers so that they can get said wrestler over
7) Build actual tag team divisions
8) Should be easier now with Vince out the paint, but invest more in long-term story telling and (outside of any injuries that happen) not changing things on the fly

This may be a hot take but I wanna see a transition into an entirely new generation of wrestlers. Most of the people we see across both the E and the Dub are people we've seen in some capacity for the last 10-15 years or more.
