For me its Gary Coleman. Everything from being a midget, to having to do daily dialisis, to not knowing his real parents etc.. His story is just

In 1984, he had a kidney transplant that was successful. He struggled with that his whole life, and he was finally starting to turn the corner. He even started maturing.

Then the transplant failed, and it fukked up his mood for a long time. That's why during the last season of Diff'rent Strokes, he looked and in every episode he was in. He wasn't enjoying anything anymore.
