Pretty much any Belgian or German wheat beers that aren't as heavily filtered. Hefeweisens, Wits, "Summer" ales, shyt like that. I love Tripel Karmeleit. I would probably drink nothing but Saison Dupont if I could afford it.
A lot of local beers, etc. My ex was a big time beer connoisseur, brewed her own beer, etc. I learned a lot.
Sometimes I like to sip on a half-pint of a good lambic, usually stay easy on those though, too much sugar.
