Revolver by Matt Kindt. It is a beautiful, thought-provoking GN, and more people need to experience that story.

TV series, movie, or anime?
Fear Street should have been turned into a TV series. The nostalgia would connect among young adults who grew up on the series crazy. TV producers would have a plethora of material (over 100 books) to work with . Instead, you have Vampire Diaries and Secret Cicle
Vampires. Hip-Hop. The Underworld. Ancient Egypt. This could be the sickest black anime ever. Think Boondocks meet Blade.
Yeah, I co-sign both of these. I always thought the Fear Street books could've been a teenage series back in teh day and my wife got me into the Damali books a few years ago, though neither of us finished the last 2 books or so. I also thought hat would make an ill ass adult series too, somewhat akin to True Blood, but much iller and not nearly as many gay moments and then turn into a full-fledge movie. Didn't know it was made into a comic book. Might have to check that out. I wonder if the sex scenes are drawn in the book.
Speaking of the Vampire Huntress books, you know they actually are looking to make it into a movie? And I also just recently, like 3 months ago found out that L.A. Banks herself died last year of cancer.

This book series would make an ill cartoon or TV series.
The author is obsessed with NIN. Their's so many references throughout the book, that as you read it you can hear the songs playing along the paragraphs.
