Ehh. They dress like they in the south initially but once they hit college age and start meeting philly people that shyt on them for their dress game they switch it up. I've seen so many Pittsburgh girls start out as sneakerheads freshman year and graduate with all heels, ugg boots and sandals.

Arkansas. I got stationed down here and saw these dudes rocking southpole sweatsuits to the club. Ecko, southpole, G-unit, its like a bad rap video from 2001 down here.
