exercise: shoulders, i get burned out doing shoulder work so quickly, no matter how strong i get lateral raise, front raise, and shoulder press just kill me

food: pizza, chips, fries :francis:

never worked out in my life, just got a membership to tap out gym. taking boxing, juijitsu, strike force and some light weight gym work. of all things im finding my knees are weak lol
