Everybody got some weak spots/problems with progression regarding certain muscle groups etc. so what about y'all ?
As for myself:

Squats are my weakness. I got very good/massive looking legs and the other exercises like the leg press etc. are absolutely no problem/im putting up good numbers there, but my progression in normal back squats is very very slow :flabbynsick:

Barbell Bench - Been doing DB Bench my whole life, but recently switch to Barbell. Can't even get 225 right now, even though I can knock out 100 DB's for reps.

Calf but I don't train them directly and you know genetics.
Everything else pretty good. My biceps don't peak the way I would like but again genetics. I get compliments about my biceps when arms by my side but if I curl them there's little 'peak'.

Upper body for me. Started doing some ninja training recently with a Ninja Warrior(Gabe Hurtado). He does $5 drop in classes every Sunday. He makes shyt look so effortless. I've never been good at upper body so doing this type of training is a big stretch for me. That shyt leaves your hands raw. It'll humble you real quick.

But I want to improve my upper body and it only gets better if you put in that work.

My diet was hurting me but that's improved tremendously.

But I would say my back. It's the one section that gives me the most muscle pain. It's not in bad shape or anything but it's not as good as it could be.

As far as exercises, pull ups. I can barely manage five. :francis:

The only weakness that i care about of mine is my ankles, i do body weight exercises for my legs because of them

Jumping squats, jumping jack squats, one legged squats, lunges, calf raises etc

I have ankle eversion, or pronation as its also called. I do a few stretches for them, if anyone knows any other methods to fixing this im all ears

Shoulders easily - theres, like, nothing there. Can anyone recommend some good exercises to build that shyt quick?

Shoulders have been my problem area too. Big area of focus should be not using momentum.

Watch this video below and do your shoulder lateral raises the way he does here. This changed the game for me immediately, from the very first rep.

Go to your local hardware store, buy a 4x4 beam of any length, cut it if necessary and use it to do these balance drills on.

Some backstory:

I rolled my ankle 3 times in 4 weeks during the spring. I got an ankle brace and was hooping with that and then I rolled it again - with the brace on.

I heard an interview of James Harden after rolling his ankle (by stepping on a guy's foot) say that he would be fine cause he does balance drills everyday. So I looked around on YouTube for weeks and found this video eventually. I haven't rolled my ankle since I started doing them and my overall leg health/strength has gone up considerably.
