I think Climate Change and the erosion of the environment in general is the biggest issue. People forget just how reliant this civilization is on a stable climate. All those issues on the list will only be exacerbated with abrupt climate change and I am not sure they'll matter as much if we're struggling to adapt to the destruction of a climate system that has paved the way for human civilization to spawn and thrive. Is free healthcare and education going to matter as much in a world with hundreds of millions of climate refugees, wet bulb temperatures, debilating super storms, famines, droughts? Our focus will be on pure survival. The only reason we can even have such discussions on how to improve society is because earth's climate system has coddled homosapiens for the past 100 thousand years where we can organize ourselves into civilizations.
Also, addressing the issue in the correct way will force us to make systematic changes to what it means to live as a human on earth, which will in turn have positive effects on all the other issues. Most of the problems on that list are a result of unabated capitalism and exploitation .
