Pretty much. Even when the Rams still had a healthy core Bulger wasn't that good. My brother (Eagles fan) mocked the shyt out of his 22 TD/22 INT year, and Carolina definitely was the better team when we matched up with them in the playoffs. That loss HURT, it felt like the end of good times.
After Georgia Frontiere got sick and died the franchise became a ship without a captain, the front office stopped giving a fukk (not that they were doing a great job anyway), and the offensive line let Marc get the shyt knocked out of him. By then I had given up on him anyway like most Rams fans.
Letting go of Warner was a dumb decision in hindsight.
