would you catch a hot bullet for fun¿

i appreciate some positivity but be real

respect pain some people are going through things you can not even fathom

*

Then why don't they just end it? Seems logical. Or are you willing to admit there is more to life than suffering?

Ok so I'll ask again, how does one truly appreciate happiness without suffering?

Furthermore, if (perceived) suffering means an absence of God, do moments of (perceived) joy mean God is now present? What if one man's suffering is another man's joy? :lupe:

What exactly are you questioning again?

humans are endlessly creative about justifying their suffering

it's pointless without proof or reason

i know this is how folks sound when they can't explain

when you know you don't have the answers

& you can't just admit it ha

suffering is not necessary

happiness needs no contrast to exist or to be appreciated

i don't attribute joy or suffering to the absence or presence of god cause there is no proof of gods existence up to this point

if you take joy in another individuals pain you are mentally sick

the question is why would an omnipotent omnipowerful creator create something flawed purposefully

You're failing to see my point repeatedly.

If I get a job that you were hoping for, my joy can be your suffering.

If you like the 90 degree weather and I want to rock my new leather jacket, your joy can be my suffering.

In both instances we're talking about the exact same occurrence. Joy and suffering at the same time. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

The world isn't flawed because you perceive it to be. There is more to the world than just your point of view.

yes certain things do come down to perception

but that's not the sort of thing i am referring to

there are situations with no positive point of view to be had

typical, i knew this would be your comeback
if you don't have the answers just say that

why is it that most believers must turn it into a combative back & forth

you be ready to attack folks just for asking questions you don't have the answer to

Dude....you display grandiosity everytime you leave a reply with a fake deep ass comment now to answer your question: "you're just a mere mortal" was a JOKE. I threw a smiley in for that reason alone.
