5 days a week:
A) Fruit and vegetable plates that I fix myself. Most of the stuff is organic and I eat it raw. I change up one green veggie and one fruit a week but others stay the same. I include Broccoli, Asparagus, Kale, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Pineapple
B) Peanut butter sandwich with organic natural peanut butter. This goes a long with the above veggie plate for lunch. I typically eat healthy bread like sprouted 9-grain or 9-grain + honey. When I want to indulge I buy good bread like olive bread, rosemary bread, muesli bread, etc.
C) Organic cottage cheese
D) Grilled chicken breasts
E) Sometimes rice. Organic healthy rice
