My long term goals some of which I’m close to

Deadlift:500LB (475 now)
Squat:455 (430 now)
Bench:365 (325 now)
Press:225 (205 now)
Weighted pull-up: 90lb (70lb now)
Weighted dip:90 lb (70lb now)
Run: 7 min mile (8:08 now)

I’m also 38 this year and would like to finally get under 200LBs and get to the 180lb range. Right now I’m 213LB.

I went to a free crossfit class and I liked it but it's way too expensive. Like 210 a month expensive.
I'll just copy YouTube videos.

The trainers there said I'm a natural lifter and asked if I did any competitions. So all that means is I can do this shyt myself.

1 hr of crossfit will be my cardiovascular workout with 2 mile runs other days. Goal is to drop 25 pounds this year in general before or after summer.

Tone up. Continue to walk everyday. I'm at 12k to 15k steps a day. Watch and improve on my diet.

Sweet tooth city. :snoop:

Getting to the age where I'm like "ehhh, what's another donut or 5?":smugdraper:

The whole decade? :ohhh:

Definitely don't want to let aging slow down my training too much. As much (deserved) hate as Jason Blaha gets, he had a great video about not letting getting older stop you from training hard. Yes, you can still lift heavy in your late 30s and early 40s and even your 50s; you just have to be more careful about form, warming up, recovery, and overuse injuries. In fact, it's probably safer to lift heavy when you're older because you're less likely to ego lift.

If Shannon Sharpe is still outchea benching 315 in his 50s then I will be too. :birdman:
