when i say they don't come with sugar i mean a 1 carb to 1 sugar ratio is terrible

210 carbs 40%
157 protein 30%
70g fat 30%

Syntha 6 is the best tasting tho. i still have some and use it as a strawberry shake.

What are the best Cellucor flavors?

i only tried molten chocolate, cinnamon swirl and peanut butter marshmallow and i liked them in that order. all were really good tho.

i just buy whatever is on sale or grab some body fortress whey from walmart or whatever is at costco. i've been making good gains using any brand so i dont see a reason to go for the high end stuff unless it's on sale.
