small ham
Greens
Mac n cheese

I'm cooking for 5 people at most.
We are having family down from NY. Wife and daughter are doing the cooking. We are having a 24lb roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, a honey glazed ham, collard greens, baked smoked gouda and cheddar mac & cheese, potato salad, candied yams, and baked rolls. Dessert will be sweet potato pie, yellow cake, and ice cream.
I might add ambrosia to the dessert list, depending on if I can get some good walnuts for it.
40+ ppl! That’s a lot and incredibly expensive. How many years have you been doing it?If you host you don't have to cook?
