In studies I've read on this topic (ie. racial attractiveness studies), most white women won't marry a black man but women in general rank black men are more desirable than white men. In fact black men are ranked as the MOST DESIRABLE group of men. So all else being equal, black men are the most attractive. Our circumstances make us less-than-preferable marriage partners to some women though. Sometimes it's a lack of wealth, other times it's simply because the woman is prejudiced, different class, etc. But this says nothing about black men's inherent attractiveness to women.
