Run Lola Run is one of my favs.

Children of Men
, Snowpiercer, and District 9 are all very good as well.
I'm not sure if those are foreign or just set in foreign places though.

Whats the name of the spanish movie where a canibal father dies then his son and daughter and wife have to figure out how to trap and kill a person to eat before the sun goes down or the ancient tradition is broken and the world ends... thats a cult classic spanish flick. Definately worth watching.
