oatmeal.

You've got the right idea for the most part. Just don't go into too much of a calorie surplus like i did.

Idk if its even possible for too much of a surplus at this point (6'4 160)

But yea forgot about oatmeal. What meals were eating that ending in too many calories

I know :snoop:

What meals were you eating that ended in too much of calorie surplus?
I'd make these oatmeal smoothies with blended with milk and coconut(or olive) oil and some nuts/trailmix. That's a day's worth of calories lol

Breh I got into the habit of eating honey roasted peanuts and the shyt has actually been a nice help. I'm also using different superfoods to get some good fuel and different proteins/aa's into the system.

I envy you skinny cats so much :sadcam:

To be able to....or even better, to NEED to eat a jar of peanut butter a day would be heaven :wow:

man just track your calories for like a week to get an idea of what youre taking in each day.

Google "how much do I need to eat to gain weight" and use one of those sites to get a baseline for how much surplus you need to eat.
Dont make this more difficult than it has to be.
