Set up some positive examples. Black boys aren't going to see education as something important when they grow up in a home where education isn't valued and in a neighborhood where there are nothing but 'rich' drug dealers instead of 'rich' degree holders.

Lets just keep it real, men regardless of race are p*ssy motivated. If young men see that education isn't valued by the fairer sex then they aren't going to focus on it. Most young attractive women in college could care LESS about if a young guy is getting an education. In college they care about his status(College athlete? Fraternity?) and his looks.
