What are some questions you can ask a white liberal that exposes their racism?

What are their thoughts on cash reparations to ADOS/FBA. 
Almost every time I've asked a white liberal about cash reparations, they bring up about how it's not fair, present day black people aren't slaves, their family didn't own slaves, their family came here after slavery so why should they have to pay, etc.
The ones who do support reparations, it's usually more funding for HBCU's, legalization of weed, criminal justice reform, etc. Now those things are needed but CASH payments to descendants of slaves is also needed.
