It was askin the question are we so warped by oppression and stereotypes, that the only way anyone (including our own people) could see a black man & woman in a rich neighborhood is if we're either cleanin up after the white folk who live there or sellin dope or runnin numbers smdh The Norman Lear touch baby

Roseanne Conner was a rebellious flower child of the 60's and considers herself pretty liberal like the total opposite of her conservative parents right?? Now when her son is asked to kiss a black girl in a school play, her whole mindset is flipped around.. 1st by Dan and his redneck showing tell in DJ he doesn't have to do it and later on like many white people, asking herself is she making her son do the play because it's the "right thing to do" or is it to save face and not be as prejudiced as mom 'n dad intended ;-)
