I need some recommendations for a good Protein powder or shakes? Something also that won't make me earl.

Not the most lean but it tastes the best which means you'll use it more often than you would something that tastes like ass.
But your needlessly adding sugar and milkfat.IMO, instead of shakes make smoothies with the powder. It's way better. I usually do mine with vanilla ice cream milk powder and some strawberries and blueberries in the blender.
I tried the strait up water and powder mix and I can't do it. Drinking that shyt is like a chore for me

Try it with COCONUT water which adds a little taste and consistancy. Coconut water and vanilla protien is incredible.

dude strait up , no bullshyt.. i do those spin classes like 2-3 days a week. some people hate on it and say its for chicks... but fukk them, i like it, and the insane amount of sweating i do shows its doing something goodTime to get on date dere bike...............

i know thats gunna slow my weight gain goal alot, but oh well. i basically do this because i was a smoker for over 15 years and recently quit over the summer, and this is my fix to undo some of the damage i did to my lungs. i'd rather get some slow weight gain of good weight than fast sloppy weight gain i guess
but yeah... them classes are no joke. on days when i spin i literally bring 2 sets of different gym clothes. i like to hit the weights right afterwards and doing that in my sweaty ass t shirt gets embarrassing when i'm leaving sweat smears on the benches and stuff lol

Either way just be realistic, you can't gain that much muscle in that time frame naturally
