Nope, make sure you always have a witness present. Otherwise you may get accused of threatening and harassing an employee. Then its your Black word against their white word. Guess who's going to win.Strategic:Cake and either find another job or open up a small business.
Tactical:If it is keeping you from getting work done and it's only one person , confront them privately. If it's, systemic go to management.

If you can benefit from their prejudices (like suing), do it. If you can't, ignore them and get your bread until you can find a better workplace.
