if it's very subtle then there is practically nothing you can do about that. even if a case is theoretically possible, most lawyers wont take it if it requires too much work. you would have to already be in possession of some explicit racist evidence and proof of some type of damage to you in order to get some real legal help.

you really just need to have a thick skin and more options lined up than that particular job.

Write a letter to HR...or take the skills from that job and start your own business.

I guess you could go shoot a white reporter and a cameraman on live news.

Separation. Only way is truly independence..you dont sit next to a bad permanent smell, you move away from it.
We are in a depressive state because we are dependent on our natural enemy and nemesis and that is eroding our confidence and humanity..

theres nothing u can do, just let the small stuff slide like most blacks already do and keep that mortgage paid....most white people kno how far they can go without giving blacks a clear shot at a lawsuit...just stay calm and that will either make them push the limits, which can give u an opportunity to sue dat ass, document it like a poster says...or they will fall back...but u still gonna have to be around racist

I think one thing is for the Brothers and sisters to band together, document hiring practices promotions etc. Keep an ACLU or NAACP lawyer on speed dial. Support each other by venting (this has value) but the other thing to do is keep working hard being, excellent at what you do look to start your own opportunities in the future and build your rseume. Always look out the front door. Never tolerate stereotypes and prejudice from co-workers or bosses though, and you know your own comfort level when it comes to these things.

Don't deal with it. Start your own shyt or work for a black owned company.

At the end of the day we really ain't gotta deal with this shyt. I'm around black people all day and unsurprisingly I never deal with racism.

The key to ending racism is not being around white people :manny:
