What are good things that help you bulk?

Just mix and match clean proteins(meats that aren't cooked in heavy oils or flour) and complex carbs(rice and potatoes).

Supplement your diet similar to what @semtex said. I blend:
1 cup of steel cut oats
1 scoop of whey
Pb2 ( powdered peanut butter)
Milled flax
Banana
Unsweetened almond milk.

That's 1000 clean calories

3 16 Oz cups a day. With 3 meals?

I've put on 10 pounds in a month. It doesn't show because I'm super tall

Any tips brehs, I dont have a text book diet but I try to eat healthy and drink a protein shake a day.

Each day I try to eat aChicken Breast Grilled with a baked potato as one meal

Another meal, baked Chicken breast with brown rice or pasta (can't take the taste of whole grain)


Kashii cereal in the morning with sliced bananas

Shake: 1 scoop organic peanut butter, whey, cinnamon, almond milk .

I'll mixed in a steak or ground turkey from time to time. Thoughts?

Could be fine but we don't know how much food that is relative to the surplus you need to support adding muscle.

Sounds more like a "cutting" diet than anything.

That's the thing, we have no concept of what the food means in relation to your target calories and macros.

The only thing somewhat apparent is that you don't seem to be getting much dietary fat.

Currently I'm 6'2" 215. Slim, athletic build. I think if I lose 10 more lbs my abs will finally poke thru.

Are you trying to add muscle or lose fat?

What are your current calorie and macro targets?

I just calculated somw stuff up and I need like 2300 calories a day to gain weight :huhldup: how will I do that

Ignore the other shyt in here and do this

2 cups of oats
2 Whole milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp peanut butter

Add water as needed

Put it all in a blender. Drank it. That's at least 1000 calories
Just did this method with Super Advanced Whey Protein Vanilla and it tastes like a snickers blizzard :noah: Id rep you but some shyt happend. :lupe:
