No way you can't gain weight if you:
-Eat 6 eggs
-Oatmeal+scoop of protein
-Whole oat fiber pasta+chicken breast
-Sweet potato
-Cottage Cheese before bed time
-Can of tuna
-Handful of almonds
-Protein shake
Not in any order, but be dilligent to at least include those items in your daily eating. Not the tastiest stuff in the world, but you tryna be an apex predator or some frail fakkit?
