This episode finished volume 11 with fully adapting chapters 54+55 as well as the rest of 53.

They did not adapt the little easter egg of Nene remembering she was also distracted when Sakura hosted a tea party for her in S1. They did change the bit where Mei said she isn't going to die. Rather spending the time in this episode showing who she is strong enough to continue pushing forward.

Truly, for School Mystery #4 she is an extension of Mei and, of course, the idea of always being around to paint is a token of happiness for her. Though with how rumors came around and twisted #4 to where she is no longer the extension of Mei. Being forced to paint is something these false realities Mei would want. All because she created that one painting. To protect the image of Mei she aims to stop the rumors to protect Mei. Prevent This draws parallels to how Hanako is keeping Nene here because in the false reality she can live. Both of these school mysteries want to aid the one they hold dear to their hearts, but they need to act the bad guy.

However, Mei aims to face reality and keep pushing forward. It can be hard, but it is a fact of life. #4 essentially is what allows Mei to keep pushing forward. To add, she can't help, but love with what #4 has become. In very much the way of the word, she is proud of what her painting did. A very nice conclusion to this arc for Shijima and you really can understand why #4 felt the way she did. She needed to hear what Mei had to say to her because if you are doing this for their happiness, it's best to hear them out.

Much like Mei, Nene aims to tackle her problems head on and that is to face Hanako. Though how to do it is the question. Though as we saw how #4 created copies of herself after Tsukasa made his request. She also has failed copies and those have her actual desires, which is why they are considered failures since she shouldn't go against painting and creating this world. It's sweet to know there was a piece of Shijima who wanted to help them, and it looks like she finally accepted it and will help Nene, Kou and Mitsuba. Can't wait for the finale next week.

So we are learning now that the Demon King had a child. With Tu's introduction that kind of points, could it be her? Well, there needs to be more time. Though originally, we see Ozonezma who is wandering around and sees Olukt trying to approach the Demon King. Of course, we learn that the Demon King killed him for approaching him. Though it is sweet to learn that it was his music that brought Curte and Regnejee together. Of course they met their end in S1.

"Tu the Magic" might be one of the few heroic characters that we have been introduced. The fact that it is easy to suspect she might be the Demon King's child is actually funny. Though it feels too easy for the first character helping out the people to be his child. Though her relationship with Sephite is interesting. She saves her, but she is currently the Queen of Aureatia. Curious their interaction is when they meet because how did she end up being princess and then Queen?

If you like this, you should check out Ayano Takeda's other series which is more well known for in "Hibike! Euphonium". These two shows have a similar writing style, but each tell their own unique story with a different performing art. Though this one was animated by Kyoto Animation. The visuals and the animation are great, but this is usually the case with the shows that KyoAni does if you have seen any of them.
You were not wrong breh, I already binged the whole damn thing:dead:

I'm a little too old for all the teenage angst/drama to hit like it's supposed to BUT it didn't really matter. Everything about that series was done masterfully and yeah, animation was ridiculously great :wow: 10/10.

Finished watching Flower & Asura, def one of the better new seasonals from the season. Lots of good build up, although the Mizuki Family drama was a little sloppy. But damn the ending spot right before the competition is like man that is cruel. This is one I refuse to read the manga until Studio Bind does S2. Which prob won't happen until after Mushoku Tensei S3. Prob rate it 8/10 given the awkward ending spot.

Finished watching S1 of "Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister". The adaptation was surprisingly great and would recommend it to anyone who liked The Quintessential Quintuplets

Ishura's world building is truly outstanding. Season 2's highlight in how the two big schemers, Linaris & Hiroto have been responsible for everything that has happened. You really look back, and you are like god-damn :ohhh:. With so many characters and so many subplots it's able to take it's time to get through them. For the anime, the only big thing going against is that this format doesn't work well for a weekly anime. Like all things get tied together, but it is still adding more room for the Royal Games, which definitely isn't starting this season. Honestly, it is one of those series the later you binge it the better the experience it will be. Though I would honestly call it more a political anime then an action anime despite the action looking really solid.

The introduction of Hiroto is crazy because he was responsible for

  • Toroa attempting to get the Blast Sword from Kiyazuna, and he alerted Aureita about Atrazek. Kuuro would be dead if Toroa were never around.
  • The nation of Goblins he created, and the weapons has been a considerable value on both sides of the war. Where he holds tremendous power.
  • He supplied Kazuki with those guns and which is why he now wins favor with Okahu.
  • He played a small part in episode 10 regarding Tu and Rique. Since his head goblin in waiting played a big part.
Though if they don't announce a S3 right after tomorrow's episode they blue balling everyone hard.
