It's been so long since I watched the early stuff from MHA I was like oh damn it all makes sense for Aoyama to be the traitor. I am not to keep on Hori actually forgot this plot point or not. Honestly you can empathize with the parents because parents wants their child to be happy. Aoyama was quirkless just like Deku, but instead of getting it from One For All, he got it from All For One. The guilt of being the traitor not by choice, but at least Aoyama can atone.
Really good episode. Also to add on this shot was well done in the episode. I've to give credit to Bones, they are putting the work in.
The novels are fantastic, but S2 adapted 4 books (not including 6.5 sidestories) and skipped ALOT. If you plan on reading I highly recommend you start from Vol1 cause even S1 decent amount of stuff if you really plan on reading it.
The starting bit was chapter 13, but the rest of the episode was chapters 17-21. Pacing could feel a bit fast, but clearly they want to cut fat for this cour. As long as they give the other independent rangers their moments it's fine. Overall good episode since I do like what they are going for since they ended after the first 30-min session was up.
Pure action, pacing felt a bit fast at times, but overall good episode. Hisui is the real star of this episode. Meanwhile, Suzukiri hanging out the wings waiting to see if the new kids can entertain her.
You can tell that when Hisui's weapon turns blue that it has to be D disguised as her. Granted the anime shows you that immediately after. Again shows that the skills of D can be useful in the right setting like this one.
Also seeing the action in color make it look like lightsabers
