Damn this Lycoris Episode. Feel real bad for Mika. 
. He has been great and def has been under appreciated. Also Majima really exposed Shinji/Yoshi in this episode. Majima is a good villian unlike Shinji who just keeps becoming more and more unlikable by the episode.
Lastly, Takina's development has been great. Chisato's influence has clearly greatly changed her for the better.

Engage Kiss def picking up steam down the stretch ditching the rom-com stuff and focusing only on the drama. Shu is an oddly interesting character. As long as it focusing on drama the show should finish strong.

Shield Hero...so much fun, I was getting tired of every protagonist being 16 and in High School...I also enjoy how he literally doesn't take shyt from anyone, legit asking for the smoke from even his comrades. He knows he's OP, and that most people are scumbags in that world, yet he decides to create a small following of loyal farmers, soldiers, etc who will come to his aid whenever. Its typical where it needs to be, and the VA works, no one is screaming every sentence and he isn't afraid of women, killing or anyone quite frankly.
