Re-watching Kill la Kill again. It's been so long that it kinda feels like a fresh experience.

There are a lot of people that swear on their life that there's a deeper meaning to KLK. Lot of analysis videos and articles, even academic journals about this show. So I'm giving it another look to see what the themes and messages are. Is it nonsense or is there a point to all the weirdness that clicks in the end.

FLCL faces the same criticism and I can talk forever about what it preaches in only 6 episodes, why its a favorite, so maybe its the same here.

Even if I were to return to OP right now, I wouldn't be able to catch up before it ends :damn:

I wonder how people who were along for the ride this whole time feel
It's been a ride with plenty of highs and lows, as you'd expect for something that runs this length of time. Based on how Oda fumbled the bag on the end of Wano, it's a good thing he's winding it down in the next couple years.

Never watched Kill la Kill when it dropped. I hear about it often enough that maybe I'll jump back and check it out too. Kill la Kill and Gurren Lagann are two anime that I'd slept on because I wasn't feeling the character designs. Gurren Lagann wound up being really good.
