Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki has a lot of potential. The most popular girl in school is secretly a gamer and approach life like it's a game. She developed her social skills through techniques. She plays this Smash Bros type game online and a neet is the best player at it. She's #2. She sets up a meeting with him only to find out he's a bum at her school so she convinces him to put effort into life and starts coaching him on how to improve himself socially.
The tone of it and it's heavy social analysis is very Oregairu-like. 2 episodes into it not quite at that level but if the main character develops it could reach that.
Can't really say if this has romance in it. The lead female seems to view the lead male as a project right now. He's supposed to try and get a girlfriend but that's far off.
