Rohan Kishibe is getting yet another adaptation next month. This time its a live action; Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe.

Nobody asked for a live action of an Ova thats already coming out in netflix 2021.:mjtf:

....hurry up and drop part 6.

The way Netflix decides these live actions is bewildering. I can see live action jojo....but a jojo OVA? The Rohan ova?

impressed by the variety in combat settings in Akudama Drive. In episode 6 alone these guys went from a military fort to an abandoned arcade to an abandoned amusement park to a bridge just to throw hands, and a lightning storm started midway through.

reminds me of fighting games where you can select the most random of places to fight with activity in the background, And just like you can knock people through balconies, walls, off cliffs onto an alternate stage, interact with objects to change how the stage functions the same is happening in this show.

today was the best episode. Was the first one where I was really interested in the themes/story more so than the aesthetic. ending was dramatic.

A Mississippi Cotton Field
only up to ep 5 of Akudama Drive after stalling on it after ep 1.

It's like equal parts Oceans 11, Seven Samurai and The A-Team.

heists done right.

whith chaotic, unpredictable twists.

Who gonna die first? hoodlum (coward with a sorta heart) Cutthroat (wanna be fan fave with a flirty heart) or Brawler (Rider from Fate/Zero) (yes I know Brawler is living a trope. but this the anime thread)?
