I vaguely remember Log Horizon. I think they were stuck in a game with NPC characters and the little purple haired chick was in love with the glasses guy. Wasn't there some leader name Krusty also? Will have to re-watch.
I just found out about this the other day and got back to catching up on Log Horizon S2 after leaving it on hold for a few years.
This last arc with the kids is boring as shyt though

I binged the whole thing. If there wasn't so much fanservice, I'd show it to my lil brother. They really made a good job making science and craft appealing. The breakdowns manage to be simple and fun. The whole thing is basically a love letter to science.
The main mystery is pretty interesting too and the humor hits.

It's basically like Castlevania Season 1. They tried to cram so much shyt in 7 episodes, that you don't really care about the characters. Some of it was very trope-ish, while at the same time feeling empty.
