Food Wars' Final Episode is next week. I felt like last season, and this were more rushed than the first three. Still, I feel like in some ways, Food Wars, at least for me, influence Anime to the point of having Ecchi & Food mixed together.

I also watched Dragon's Dogma on NETFLIX, it tried so hard to be Castlevania, but even then, Castlevania's 1st season while only 4 episodes was so much better.

Time to watch some Fire Force.

I dropped Food Wars manga like 2 chapters after they beat Central. I heard it became a complete shyt show and Soma has an evil brother or some shyt :russ:

Pretty much. Basically Soma's dad left him/his mother to further his cooking, so he brought in a boy from the streets and acted as his surrogate father until his wife died, abandoning him to be with Yuki. :dead:

The last arc seemed rushed in manga as well.

IMO, the last arc wasn't even needed. The manga should've ended when The Resistance won the 10 Council Seats

So, just finished the new Fire Force episode. Aside from the actions, this was one of those episodes that stood out because it just fleshed out the world from Joker's side. Plus Gambit is one of my favorite X-Men, so his shyt with playing cards makes me like this guy even more.

Sumi-Chan got robbed on RAG. So few episodes. Honestly the whole show would have been better if he rented her first and helped her come out of her shell developing both characters.

Haven’t read the progressive but I do know that it’s the true aincrad the way he envisioned it cuz when sao got picked up he did a basic theme not too much detail and progressive is literally every floor to floor in the novels

Regarding god of high school, i find the tournament fights to be the least interesting aspect. The fukkery outside of the tournament is more engaging because it feels a bit more unpredictable, even if completely nonsensical.

Whereas the tournament itself is the tired mary-sue/borderline OPM trope rinse and repeated where the overly cocky main character is always stronger via ass-pull powerup reveal, after half the ep is spent hyping the opponent with an overly dramatic backstory. Hell, I find the opponents to be more likeable than the MC.

I've never seen a confession scene in an anime where both people danced around saying the words "I love you" until now. What a weird scene.

Daughters are at the end of the Alabasta Arc, the hate for Vivi is at an all-time high. :mjlol:

Stopped counting the number of times I've heard simp when Sanji's onscreen. They are enjoying the show overall though. :ehh:

After Alabasta you got Sky Island, Water 7, into Enies Lobby :whew:

Wish I could rewatch those for the first time. That viewing experience was piff
