Underrated anime 75 eps long if it was 50 it would be up there with Mobile Suit Gundam
it was a whole arc in the 20s and 30s where it was like a Saturday morning cartoon and it felt like the plot was going nowhere cut that shyt out (and that dumb ass Rita character) and its classic

I like Deku well enough. That being said I had to pause on MHA because I felt like after Overhaul the rest of the season was gonna be filler. I'll pick it back up when the next season starts airing.There is a big anti MHA cult in this thread led by the 1 and only @42 Monks, only a few people such as myself speak highly of it

Attack on Titan is as good as advertised. I went into the show with no expectations and was blown away. It's not the greatest anime of all time but it's a top tier shounen. The atmosphere, drama, and tension it manages to create are second to none. As it goes on it actually kills off major characters. I got spoiled on one in the final season and I'm pretty surprised. Season 3 of AoT is it's crowning jewel, especially the second half.

I stopped too cuz I had already read it and had other shows I wanted to watch

na I plan on anime only for this show then once done buy the series and read too much shyt I’m reading
past few days i've been melting into my couch watching aria seasons. feel like i took a sedative with how immersive the ambiance of neo venutia is. you can hear waves crashing, seagulls chirping, wind blowing, paddles rowing, everything in nature is audible and the city itself is engulfed in water. the setting is beautiful. the OST is perfect. the characters are genuine and well defined.
if someone told me Aria was the best anime ever created, i wouldn't even question it. and if someone said it sucked, also would understand since you need to adjust yourself to watch an anime differently than usual. no analyzing. no expectations, just relax and go along for the ride.
