Shinjitsu no Uta was another great one
the toonami version cut most of the OPs out for some reason. but they were all good too and even had sound effects

I still can't get over how a Tatami mat is used as an elaborate metaphor for being stuck in life, scared to move beyond the comfort zone of what you know. Took something simple and connected it to principles that everyone struggles with at some point.
need to watch Kaiba, Kemonouzme. Ping Pong is still my favorite thing from him. About what and what with Ikuhara for best director.

Inuyasha was a pretty easy sell on the east coast atleast because that shyt would come on RIGHT as you woke up in the morning to get ready for school, even if you didnt like it you saw the entire series regardless

That's what i realized about Masaki Yuasa, he loves using metaphors and colors in a brilliant way.
Kaiba is amazing and not your typical anime. a lot of ppl are put off by it because of the art style but i find it to be perfect because its different like Aku no hana. The series is mature and deals with a lot of interesting themes which surrounds the overarching theme of memory.
Akame ga Kill! is wild
That's probably going to be the next manga series. I really enjoyed the anime.

This character is basically "Why fukkin me?" in human form. Like dealing with people on the regular
Demon Slayer is lowkey heat, Tanjirou just met Muzan and this dude got a whole ass family
