I think she did Rinne and Mao, but they didn't catch on like InuYasha. So might as well tap into the flow if you Naruto is pulling off a next generation thing with Boruto.

And Inuyasha is her best work that is suited for a continuation. Covers the most unique genres (supernatural, historical, romance, comedy, shounen, drama) and it still has an existing fanbase from the toonami days that'll rush to watch it, buy the merchandise out of nostalgia. Should be a hit.

Inuyasha just flailed randomly for 20 seconds then screamed WIND SCAR repeatedly. That's all he had.

I think at times its trying to be like this Epic thing. Its like they explain part of the backstory, but then just keep moving forward. Although now I am getting an understanding at who might stick around. I am waiting though for like a Test to off somebody, though some of the tests are pretty ingenious in a sense; the 10 minute door one.

Honestly, I can't watch Kenshin anymore. I'll watch episode 29 and 30 (Saito meets Kenshin in the dojo). And Samurai X (OVA).

I am enjoying it for sure, as I was patient with Demon Slayer and letting it slow cook.

Although from the show already, it seems like the Tower really isn't the Main thing. It's more like a Game of Thrones type of politics behind it that is the driving force.

I stan Inuyasha and can admit that it's flawed. Season 1 is repetitive, there isn't enough progression in the story, Naraku is unkillable making literally all of their fights against him useless until the very end, certain characters are intentionally nerfed so that they cannot end the story quicker - Sesshomaru has the power to destroy Naraku but can't access it until later for an arbitrary reason; Miroku can eat Naraku with his hand but miasma is invented so that he can't do so. Then you consider who it's written by. Rumiko is a comedy writer at heart and a sadist when it comes to romantic developments. She will frustrate the viewer if they're interested in progress.

I look past all that just because it was the first anime I connected with as a kid and it started all sorts of interests in anime that I still carry today. It also has one of the best sentimental soundtracks ever.

A man that canbe honest. I got a lot of trash shows that I stan but will admit that they are trash. If for some reason loved Suicide Squad and Jared Leto joker but I can also admit that objectively the movie is trash. Same with Ronin Warriors, shyt was lowkey trash but I swear by it

Had more progress in 40 something episodes than Inuyasha in 167. hasn't aged well.

Hakumen no mono looked like the embodiment of evil itself. If Naraku were anywhere near this threatening, you could maybe tolerate his bullshyt and Inuyasha would be better

Inuyasha has an uncontrollable demon side that is triggered when he's pressed. Ichigo has an inner hollow that bails him out when he's about to lose

Never made the connection until now, they are similar shounen protags who are entitled and don't really have to work so hard for what they have.
