I've only seen Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, Dr. Stone and some of Gintama out of those
I'd say Attack on Titan or My Hero Academia, I like MHA the most out of those but it depends on your interest cause it's not a straight up fighting show, it has school/slice of life aspects to it which everyone doesn't like.
Plus they're relatively short compared to stuff like Gintama, Hajime no Ippo and One Piece

I've bolded all the good can't miss ones, but if I had to rank them in order of quality it'd be....
Hajime no Ippo - most fighting an action
Attack on Titan - most graphic and violent
My Hero Academia - most epic an emotional
Dr. Stone - most balanced
Attack on Titan, hands down from that selection. Just be ready for the ride.

From your list AoT is the must watch.
Ippo is a journey and the anime is on hiatus but there is plenty of material in the manga (over 1k chapters). Its easily the second best on your list once you're into it.
Dr stone is a easygoing series and you can catch up with it quick.
MHA is 90% unearned hype and 10% lit, not gonna lie. Its the naruto of this generation. That said it has some moments, but there isnt any need to rush in catching up. Its just ok.
Never got into Gintama but from what I know its a parody show that takes itself seriously for arcs at a time. Not my cup of tea
Detective Conan is episodic so there isnt any need to "catch up". The show is typically one off murder mystery with over 1k episodes. Good show to throw on with a chick who likes this type of thing
Art gets way better season 2Just started watching tower of God and its piff. The art in the webcomic though is
Really glad the animation team went and added some variety in the background. For season one cause things were sparse on the Manwha side before siu improved

This series is nearly up there with Baki elements of fukkery
Might join read gang for it...since I heard they cut alot out like extra scenes and character development, hate when studios do that...
