Hows the 06 Gintamas dub vs sub
if you prefer dubs over subs then it’s fine.
if not then sub because a lot of the jokes only make sense through the Japanese language and there are translator notes that help to point out references. Gintoki’s Japanese VA is one of the best in the industry, perfect for the character. English VA isn’t as good.

Just started Mashle: Magic & Muscles. Its like mixture of Black Clover x One Punch Man. The plot is pretty much what would happen if Saitama got accepted into Hogwarts. Main character has no magic ability but OP strength and his solutions around not having magic is lowkey hilarious.
Who knows if it will last with such a cliche premise but im enjoying it.

Kakushigoto's first ep was pretty good. It's about a mangaka who writes ero manga trying to hide this fact from his daughter. The jokes are a lot more clever than that premise suggests so it might have some longevity too.

I can definitely see the minds behind Utena making this show. It has a similar formatting (certain sayings being repeated) and how certain scenes are framed almost seem like a callback. This show is far more abstract and heavy on symbolism than Utena ever was
I'm genuinely giving this show my focus and it has a lot of cool details. Even still a LOT is going right over my head.
This will definitely going to need multiple re-watches to fully grasp
