the interview itself is simple and generally hard to fail unless you just don't know anything about torrenting and aren't willing to seed torrents so other users can benefit too. they jask about site rules (what can get you banned - trolling, malicious behavior), why you want to join (you can just say you want artbooks, they have the best collection of them anywhere), difference between seeding (sharing) and leeching (downloading and not sharing), and what a ratio is (how much you download of a torrent versus how much you seed). they want members to maintain a ratio above .5, so around half of what you download you seed back. you also need to use a torrent client that they allow, some of them have security issues and aren't reliable. there are a ton of files they put under "freeleeching" which means you can download them without it harming your ratio. artbooks are usually that because their file size is small, and so are any 1080p shows. good for boosting that ratio.
the biggest problem with joining the site is that when people go to the above link is they don't know to use a client that'll get them into the channel itself. so you see people posting commands in the disqus comments. Use one of the IRC clients like IRCCloud and then you just have to wait for some mod to invite you.
sounds like a lot of complicated shyt but they do it for a good reason, and its worth it if you watch anime primarily through torrenting.

as an old member you probably know the answer to any interview questions already, just seeding versus leeching, what is a ratio, what can get you banned. they'll ask why you want to join. its hard to fail. took me 10 minutes and in the questions I didn't know the answer to (said idk what a ratio was) they just explained it.
