Some Kuroko S2 stitches. They probably sell these as artcards somewhere even though you can make them yourself through an editing program.

Gave both seasons a 9/10 so far. I'm liking how teamwork is emphasized even though the generation of miracles can solo-carry their schools to wins. Get the sense that everyone on the court has a role that contributes to the outcome of the game. Seiren can't win without Kiyoshi Divac and Hyuga Reddikk.

Kuroko is slightly better than Haikyuu to me. Mainly because high level basketball is more entertaining to watch than volleyball, and the sensationalized abilities make the matches more inventive. Haikyuu has better characterization, more relatable personalities. Feels like you watch them gradually grow together while in Kuroko the progression is much quicker, less of a payout. Kuroko does a better job of showing the consequences of a high level sport - a bunch of guys are breaking down physically, even the generation of miracles. Has a realism advantage over Haikyuu in that way.

Not a lot of reused animation. All of the matches look incredible. Can tell the people behind the show watch basketball by how authentic the shooting forms look and the creativity in the isolation possessions. Aomine has a counter move for everything. Isn't just using raw speed and a generic crossover to get open. Can see him using headfakes to set up his defender and then make a move. Bunch of players using shot fakes to get their defender up in the air and then shoot an open three. Visually great to watch as a fan of basketball.

It's been two seasons now with no Akashi so I guess I should expect the wait to be worth it. Expecting teleportation jutsus, handstand dunks and a 0.1 second shot release.

I just finished the anime 2 weeks ago and went through the manga just this past week. Too much fukkery

I did the same about a month or 2 ago, joint was way too funny, I went straight to the manga after watching it.

It’s a shame they only have 1 season and an OVA because this was the funniest anime I’ve ever seen. The whole story was just wild and full of fukkery

facts man, it seems anything that’s super popular and transcends anime gets hated on

MHA, DBZ, Naruto, etc... so certain groups of people will never give it the rightful props

It's cause each of those belongs to a certain generation.

A large group of each generation thinks their transcended anime is the undisputed GOAT. Everything that came before is too old, everything that comes after is severely overrated, made for the kids or is a knockoff

with that said all them shyts is overrated

Some people can't come to terms with that, it's all completely subjective. :yeshrug:

Every super popular anime is gonna be overrated but Naruto and Dragon Ball are the GOAT series

I’m playing DBZ Kakarot rn :wow: Almost 40 years in and DB still going strong :blessed:
