Deku was a weak crybaby geek that wanted to become strong and heroic and stand up for the weak. His character has developed plenty. Far more than a lot of shonen protagonist develop. I guess you can't see Deku's influence on Todoroki and even Bakugou to some extent or how he's basically becoming a leader of his class and how he inspires confidence in those around him.

How could somebody follow MHA and ask what Deku is about?

Develop into what though? He went from being a crybaby to a cardboard cut out of the exact same empty protagonist that a lot of yal claim to hate. i need to see the consistency from yal

Agreed on Deku though, motherfukker is an empty Fabergé Egg: All the decorative bits to look substantive but hollow on the inside. He actually had more content, character wise, when he was utilizing his fanboy side to analyze his opponents.

Luffy and Deku are very far apart. There's no comparison to be made. Luffy is a very selfish character at his core and Deku is the opposite. Deku is an intellectual introvert geek and Luffy is an extrovert, silly, very outspoken.

I can't comment on Eren because he seemingly went through most of his change very recently in the anime and I don't read the manga. For 80% on the anime he was single-minded obsessed with revenge. The stuff with Historia and after is where he seemed to change. Especially the stuff related to his father seems to have effected him.

I get it if you don't like Deku as a character. I get it if you don't like MHA as a series but some of the stuff you're saying just makes it seem wild. It's one thing to say you don't like Deku it's another to say he hasn't developed then compare him to Luffy who he has nothing in common with.

Yeah I stopped reading the manga right after the Yakuza war shyt was epic but it was getting too over the top and I wanted the anime to catch up first so I'm missing out on mahjor shyt that happened...

Think they just finished the villains arc a few chapters ago cuz it seems like were in a new arc of more heroes character development
I can say they made endeavor character development huge to where u wanna root for him in a sense

he ain't even an intellectual anymore either. compared to anyone legit, deku is DUMB in the 1v1. every fight its either him finding new ways to break himself or punch harder. he a rock brain breh. i thought nighteye would've spelled that out for everyone too. and the whole "he would fight without his quirk" is weak since mirio da gawd went hand to hand quirkless with far higher stakes than deku ever did - and not on some spur of the moment shyt either. deku's whole reason as to why he got chosen is trash.
