Speaking of My Hero Acaedmia remember that "traitor at UA" that they were supposed to find??
They certainly got off easy
You'd think having such a massive exploit in their security as someone working on the inside would be a major concern but the staff give no fukks
Had to pause on Black Clover and started MHA. Asta ultimately grew on me to the point I find him tolerable. I'm hoping Izuku does the same cause he seems to cry and cower a lot.

Wait they fukked it up breh
I havent watched this season at all waiting till it's done and u telling me.the best arc they messed up the whole thing or pieces of it
I heard manga readers weren’t pleased with this episode. I heard that Mirio is fighting quirkless for like 10 mins. Tbh, I think they fukked up the animation in this episode. Could of been so much better. Imma have to read the manga pages and compare.

The 'fight' was a slide show of still frames, no actual animation whatsoever. It really undersold how big this scene felt like it needed to be. But another thing, doesn't this fight really really emphasize what a total scrub Deku is? Dude cried his entire childhood about not having powers until he is handed an overpowered quirk from the greatest hero ever, while Mirio can hold his own after losing his quirk. Don't tell me Deku's gonna continue to whine about needing to step it up way into his midlife crisis?
Meanwhile, that ending to Vinland Saga though! End to a prologue indeed.
I had a feeling for quite a bit that Thorfinn was never going to get his satisfaction of beating Askeladd in a one-on-one duel, but I'm still surprised it happened and how well they handled it. Thorfinn spent his entire childhood for one goal he can never accomplish, his thirst for revenge can never be filled and he got nothing else. That's a fukking cold ending, brehs.
Also, Askeladd with the surgical strike to the king.
manga readers the equivalent of them GoT book readers them first 4 seasons. Cant please them. As a anime only guy i loved the fight. Ya always got ya manga to go back to at the end of the day
The idiom, “don’t judge a book by its cover” has never been so appropriate. Maybe because I went into it with very low expectations but the first 2 volumes of Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic are quite good

Ya he was fighting him and 2 others if I'm correct and gave him that work still
Manga stated he was terrified of mirio period and see why cuz quirkless he didnt even beat him
Yeah, I was stunned by how badly they bungled this one, considering it's import.
STILL it is not not as egregious as what just happened to the Meliodas vs Escanor fight in Seven Deadly Sins. That art and animation was worse than early Super or some fan made YouTube shyt.
Also cuz in the manga u can feel and see the impact of the fight he still puts up
I haven't seen the anime yet but I'm reading the comments and re read the chapters around the fight
Also seeing quality dipped cuz they used it for the my hero movie that came out so they took there big hitters for it is why quality isnt as good

Not bout that the fight was very important to the series and arc to where u shouldnt undersell or screw it up
I get what ur saying bout us manga readers but as a anime only u missed out on a big thing is what I'm saying
Gave Rumbling Hearts another chance after dropping it in 2010 for being melodramatic. it's definitely great at portraying the consequences of toxic relationships, insecurities, why some people never get over their first love. Esp if they get hit by a random truck waiting for their date to show up.
everything is cool up until the "doctor" creates an arbitrary rule that forces unnecessary conflict onto the characters. she tells visitors to pretend as if time stopped for the sake of a three year coma patient. it doesn't work because the coma patient isn't retarded and can figure out that time had passed by the changes in her hair and body. the doctor/parents/sister of said patient still pressure a guy in a relationship to go play make believe with his ex to the detriment of his own health and now broken relationship. because of all this you have to watch characters squirm in misery for about 8 straight episodes with zero relief. at a certain point I started to appreciate the extremes of School Days and wished Mitsuki took that route.
after the lying is over the end section is solid. Haruka becomes a real character when you see her struggle with rehabilitation and adjusting to a world that passed her by. The montage of her picture book playing in the credits, inspired by her life was great. Ending would've been perfect if ______ told whatshisface to go fukk himself and left him all alone after all the suffering he caused. Of all characters he deserved a happy ending the least.
