it aite, its just animated well. the 'soul' is poorly put together because as things go on, you give less of a fukk about deku and realize Bakugo is the MVP.

i'm starting to get why people hate on MHA now too. Its lifeless as hell, and if it wasn't for the insane animation crew and push given to it, then it wouldn't be anything. we've got whole sets of episodes dedicated to these dudes throwing a ball, dumb shyt like stickyballhair kid getting into the 1A class while someone with straight up mindcontrol is in general studies, stupid 'hero training' stuff, etc

the production behind MHA is amazing. MHA itself? its aite. not trying to take much away from it. Everything is building up to the next arc - and this coming season is gonna be awesome. Its basically gonna look like a different show

I just got a different look on it now after catching up. Edit: want people to know i ain't spoiling shyt about either. just saying that the studio takes a LOT of liberties to jazz up what's coming from the manga regarding MHA

I was on the fence and trying to believe since that's pretty much the narrative of the show - potential. The whole main cast you put up with because they got potential

my biggest problem is in the uncreative power/character designs that I don’t care to ever see in action because the very concept of them is stupid. One Punch Man is a total satire of superhero narratives and it blows MHA out of the water in that area
