Essential What Anime are you currently watching?

So they're remixing the storyline that was the most popular/best animated? I got no problem with that. The first season with buddy's dad was probably the most popular and my personal favorite, but i thought unlimited blade works was cool too; animation was on point and Gilgamesh vs Berserker was flames, almost as gut wrenching as Gilg vs Alexander in s1, bc of the kiddo.

I watched movie part 1 of this retelling months back and the battle between ninja ghoul and lancer breh (i forget they names) was flames. Serious Ls were handed. They kept it relatively fresh with the new twists and turns

Bruh.... just watch the non filler eps. The story goes by quicker and more cohesive for anyone that’s not really a 100% fan

I don’t mind the fillers as much cuz I like how it fleshes out other minor characters.... like for example it gives someone one useless like TinTin something to do.

But if you don’t care about that then just skip and stay with the main story.

I was rocking it too until that one season dropped that I never got to see because so many other anime’s of my interest was out at the time......


But a breh in here said it went the direction of hentei and one character was getting anally fukked or something as a power up.

And it was kinda from the reports of the few good coli brehs thar look at twisted animes and was with that.

Then I never really watched the other one about the huge holy grail 10 vs 10 war or something.

The shyt just fell off too me.

Maybe I need to go back and rewatch the good seasons and remind myself why I even started to like it initially

We've had a bunch of live action anime adaptations on netflix and other platforms. Bleach, death note, fma, attack on titan, jojo part 4, dbz and more.

I've watched none of em as fans, do yall check for them? Do you care?

Only the Japanese live adaptations. Sometimes.


After Hollywood messed up the perfection that is DBZ I lost all trust in them. Not to mention the Tekken, KOF and DOA abominations.

lol crazy how you can watch the same show and to come away with other things. Yea the Sasuke obsession is annoying, but lets not pretend EVERYTHING is NOT about Naruto at all times in shippuden, literally Jirarya's death scene is short cut'd to force the Naruto stuff. I dont think even Goku (exclude Super but if you include it sure) is put over AT ALL times as much as Naruto is in his show

My last couple of posts in this thread pertaining the show would make me come off as a Naruto hater, but its not true at all, I actually quite loved the OG series
