Essential What Anime are you currently watching?

Oh. Thought he was in college. Just about all of that should be right though and that's only what I've seen. There's plenty of shows out there you could get into if you really wanted to watch adults in anime

I get saying there's more anime with kid protags that's true, but there isn't a shortage. You just gotta go out and find the shows.

But half that list are from the 90s or early 2000s. There are definitely some adult protagonist amines out there tho. But I feel like a lot of them are slice of life. I usually just think of the character in these amines as older.

Gundam Thunderbolt.. only 4 episodes but quality.

also on Netflix there is Koromukuro . good characters + plot / action.

Slice of life, sci fi, seinen are where you usually find older characters so if you don't like one of those genres you're missing out on an entire catalog of the very thing you want to see. To me it's as much about not liking certain types of anime than not finding the characters you want.

There's more from the 10's I enjoyed like Danna Ga Nani, Dragon Maid, Demi-Chan and Space Dandy but they aren't really for everyone

Bruh I have been binge watching Boku no Hero. Im on season 2 episode 14...i aint gon lie compared to the manga the anime is way more exciting. had me harlem shaking during the match ups.

wtf is wrong with Bakugou? that man is always on 100..like chill. I died when Grape Juice insinuated that bakugou might be gay because he was not going easy on the chick he was facing.

Jump has been looking for the next big thing for a while now. They'll pull the plug pretty fast on something that isn't that.

That's a good video to watch on the current state of Jump. It sums up as One Piece is in decline when it comes to sales and they need something super popular to replace that lost momentum because their subscriptions are down because of that.
